If you want someone on your side who will be there for you at pretty much any hour of the day, Kathy is your go to. We had many after 8pm phone calls due to our schedules, and she was right there, just as perky and ready to go as ever.

She is thorough and makes sure her clients understand what they are getting, explaining things in an easy to understand way that anyone can grasp. She takes the time to look at the home while you're doing a walkthrough and doesn't just sell you on the positives of the house like some realtors, she gives you the real deal. She gives you things to think about regarding properties you look at, looking at both positives and possible problematic realities to the novice who may be none the wiser.

She doesn't just want your money, she wants you to be happy and know that your hard earned money is being well spent on a home you can CALL home and be PROUD of.

We looked at 15+ homes in person with Kathy and put six offers in, and on the last one it finally went through. Her detail to attention throughout the buying process even after the fact was impeccable. I know we're not her only client, but she makes you feel like you are.

She not only cared about the home selling, but she also wanted to make we as the buyers were set with everything after the fact. Her follow ups after the fact were much appreciated, and her attitude the whole time while we were in the market was totally a winning attitude as well. It made the purchase feel right and not forced or like we were an annoyance because we felt like we were being particular, even if we weren't.

The reality is right now in 2024 it's an extremely tough market and Kathy was on our side the whole time. She didn't want us wasting money on junk just because we were chomping at the bit either. Not only a real estate realtor, but a smart real estate investor too.

When we move again, and if it's in the northeast Wisconsin area, I would use Kathy again 100%.
